I can’t believe it’s already June! This year is just flying by. But it’s been a great one so far! Today is also the first anniversary for my cousin’s wedding, so I’m really happy for her. Can’t wait to have one myself someday 🙂 Anyway, I start my Summer 1 classes tomorrow. I read the syllabus for both classes yesterday and it is a lot of reading and writing, a lot of work. It’s a bit intimidating, but I’m looking forward to it.
And last week, I signed up on DoYouYoga.com for their 30 Day Yoga Challenge. I’m excited to start it, so I’ll let y’all know how it goes! Basically, you sign up on their site for it and they send you a new yoga challenge video everyday for 30 days. I love yoga. It’s super relaxing and is so good for you, and it’s a great way to get and stay in shape if you don’t like vigorous exercise. I love exercising and having a great workout, but I like feeling relaxed at the same time as well. So, yoga is perfect for me J Took me a few years to find what really works for me regarding exercise, but I found it and I love it. I’d like to get to the point where I can meditate while doing yoga at the same time; but I need to learn yoga more first, so that I won’t have to pay such close attention to the instructions for each pose. I’ll get there 🙂
